We also offer a day coordination package if our services are required for just the day. LF

This includes me helping you with all your suppliers such as, hair make-up artist, DJ/Band, food, venue etc and anything else you need my help with. This will also include Meeting at least 6 weeks prior to the wedding to run through a comprehensive wedding day handover. Contact with your suppliers to ensure all is as you planned. Liaison with your venue & suppliers on your behalf arranging ‘on the day’ schedules for them all. Creation of a comprehensive timeline of your day, including all of my behind the scenes tasks. Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are there on time and know where they need to be. Coordination of remainder venue set up including table plans, decoration, lighting and music, ensuring the ambience and room are exactly how you envisaged. Discreet handling of any unexpected eventualities. Coordination of order of events including the ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting & first dance. Emergency wedding kit box on hand including essentials such as safety pins, sewing kit, hairspray, tissues, make up the list goes on. Full assistance to the couple and guests arriving. Toast mastering and any other announcements, should they be required. Responsibility for all monies for supplier payment balances on the day. Presence for up to 10 hours on the wedding day.

About Lily

My love and admiration for wedding and event planners definitely stemmed from my time in Great Ormand Street hospital.

When I was 10 years old I was diagnosed with Leukaemia. As you can imagine it was a very scary and traumatic time that lasted over 10 Year's. I lost my hair and was removed from school. I remember feeling helpless. Whilst being in hospital I was able to go on many exciting trips which were planned and organized by the hospital along with other sick children. I remember feeling free at these events, like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and I could be me again, a child, without a worry in the world.

It was then that I realized the power of event planners. They could sweep you off your feet, and take you far far away from all the troubles in the world to any magical place and more importantly, make you whole again. And what girl doesn't want that!?

In 2010 I helped organize Great Ormand street Christmas party, knowing just how much these events meant to the kids and all the people involved filled me with joy and love, it was then that I knew this was my chosen career.

Since then Lily Ferrer has worked for one of the largest event companies in the UK and worked her way up to Event manager in 2016.
